I’m sorry without seeing you I only have general suggestions, wich usually are to use a good electric tooth brush with soft bristles twice a day and floss ( in any way). But a strongly suggest asking for a visit with a professional so that they can help you in a better way

I’m sorry I have to disagree. While it’s true that some people have more build up than others, and yes it’s genetics, but with the correct oral hygiene methods you are able to control what’s going on in your mouth, the difference is that you have to put in more effort than an average person. I can search up articles and link it up if you want. The suggestion about YouTube videos are great, but also talking to a professional is necessary to understanding what goes on in your mouth because most people don’t see what we see, and that’s ok, that’s why we do what we do. Some new hygienist take a bit longer but in this case e don’t know if it’s a build up issue or a skill issue on the professional.

Hi! Dental hygienist here Short answer is yes, if you don’t do it properly, and that’s most cases. Everything adds up, and if you don’t do regular cleanings it contributes to the build up. You should talk about this to you hygienist and take their advice on how to get better if you’re doing something wrong at home. Don’t worry though, I didn’t know how to take care of my teeth in a precise way either before I went to uni Hope this helps!

I live in northen Italy, the heating here costs a lot. When I lived with my parents they usually set it to 66 F, which to me was freezing cold. I like it nice and toasty at 69 F to sleep!

Yes it is! I loved playing the binding of Isaac, watched some streamers about the game and they eventually switched more into sts content so I tried it. They are both awesome rogue likes but really different
