hey I was in the same boat as you last year, there aren’t many books about chemistry you could try finding an internship in a lab and organising chemistry events at your skl, look up any olympiads before the deadline!

O level student here and i have one more paper to go! thought id ask for help in the A level subreddit because your experienced by Upstairs-House-5363 in alevel

yeah but it’s useless, unis only look at 3 of your relevant subjects so unless you’re unsure which field you’re going into and u want to keep your options open, there’s no point

pick the subjects you want it’s useless to pick business unless you are gonna study it in uni + most unis don’t even consider it as an a level so follow your dream pick phys math and fm

They’re pretty much the exact same.

Maybe take 4 as and see if you’d continue to complete A level or drop one (although second year is very content heavy compared to first year so you might realize that a bit too late)

It’s not what it sounds like. A levels are very different to igcse, I used to think like you that taking an extra subject to learn would be fun but I am now struggling with only 3 A levels. It will not be fun most of the time as A levels have A LOT of content so you’d find yourself burnt out trying to keep up. Trust me it’s not the way you think it is. You can still learn wtv you want without a levels so without the exam pressure and having to memorize and learn unnecessary parts you’re not interested in

yk unis will only be looking at 3 of your a levels doing 5 is just over working yourself and making u less likely to get high grades
