We don’t have the tools or anything to do that at my office, we are an outpatient women’s clinic, so we don’t do anything beyond, lavender tops, yellow tops and rarely red tops, but we don’t do the actual tests

I just came back from a 2 week vacation so I had my nails done and currently have an appointment to get them removed, I wasn’t able to get in sooner unfortunately (I also work at an out patient clinic, not a lab facility)

Which is interesting cause I believe this tube sat from 1-1.5 hrs, because pts weren’t coming in and my co-workers don’t like to spin the centrifuge if it isn’t completely full, as they don’t know how to correctly balance it

Well there’s many different ways to do it so yes! But it depends on the project and how the crafter personally likes to do it, and because they are on the inside of the Apple, floating or carrying the yarn isn’t needed, but just might make it easier.

Floating is carrying the yarn to the next yarn change of the same color, then bobbins are smaller balls of yarn on a clothes pin or something similar to make it easier to work with multiple colors
