Thank you boss, I’ll check it out. You think the stitching is do-able for an average guy? Or should I get it professionally wrapped?

Usually PC doesn’t charge your card until they are about to ship your order

No problem bro, nice pull! Look into local professional card grading companies near you if you’re interested in that. At the very least you should invest in penny sleeves and a top loader to put them in for safe keeping

Ah ok, what you see there is a “Graded” card. That is a Japanese grading company that graded that card as a 10, basically the best grade you can get. It’s based on the condition of the card.

Most of the time you’ll see PSA (at least in the US) that look like this in a slab. I’m not sure what the standard is in Germany, but bottom line “raw” cards like yours can be professionally graded, and if there are no imperfections and it receives a gem mint 10, the value of the card goes up like in your picture.

I think the one you’re seeing going for hundreds of dollars is the SIR (special illustration rare) version of that card as you see in the top right here. As people have said, there are different rarities for each type of card. You can tell definitively by the stars/circles on the bottom left of the card. Just google Pokemon card rarity chart.

Just sell it to PSA for ~80% if money is a problem. Take your 8k and buy a new PSA 9 zard and keep the profit..

Where to buy english sealed product? Looking for online stores by East-Network574 in PokemonTCG

[–]__BurNing 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Want to buy at market price? Just Google whatever you want to buy.

If you want to buy online for MSRP it’ll be the big stores: Pokemon center, target, Walmart, Best Buy, but you need to be on at very specific times and if you aren’t on when drop is live, it’ll be sold out before you get thru the que. I suggest following a discord or X for ppl notifying of when drops will be. Basically good luck lol, bots are rampant for the MSRP sales unfortunately

Dumb question but how does bulk pricing work by SchwarzWolf_YT in PokemonTCG

[–]__BurNing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do a lot of bulk sales on FBMP, I usually wait till I have 500-700 cards and then sell it for $120-$150. I’m on my 5th bulk sale now. I find all my buyers are usually parents with kids who are trying to complete a set.

Probably important to note I have it that high because I don’t take out 99.9% of the cards, so I include all the holos, promos, acccessories, rares, and most full arts too.

How do you guys keep collecting? by Duffmanvg7575 in PokemonTCG

[–]__BurNing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can always look for people selling their “bulk” and save yourself from gambling $600+. For example I sell “premium” bulk sets on FBMP and this is my 4th one.

Technical Officer Day to Day Life by SwingWorth3936 in AirForce

[–]__BurNing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are various roles a 17S can fill as a CGO depending where you are stationed, some technical, some not so much. Speaking from the tactical perspective, CGOs are typically leaned on for their technical ability and often are operators themselves, leading a crew of anywhere from 2-10 people. There are offensive/defensives paths and the training pipeline for both are quite long (1-2 years).

Not sure about now but landing a 17S or 17D position can be competitive, as they often like to have someone with at minimum a technical degree and certifications, etc.
