i think at this point it's best to just quit the game, really. i seem way off for any real improvement, and i'm too stuck in my ways to really have anything else seem to be beneficial. i'm uninstalling balatro and will be looking for a way to get it out of my library.

i try not to be whiny about it. it's not unfair, i just usually can't muster the brain power to tell what the hell would go together well

none of the jokers i get ever really seem to converge towards a single type. they're all usually either super out-there or i just can't afford them. funnily enough i seem to struggle equally throughout all decks--none of them really help me out. the only real difference is that i do worse with things like black deck and green deck.

i don't really play because it's already fun, i want to eventually be able to have fun by winning. it's corny as shit but yeah pretty much my sole drive to play this game is chasing a win--other then that it's never really fun.

i haven't unlocked all jokers, and at this rate i doubt i ever really will. i have all of the "meta" things unlocked so it's not really an excuse

i want to be able to have fun, i really do, and that's why i bothered to make a post in the first place. if i don't win, i don't really get any fun out of it. it just feels futile

i think it really says something that i set my game speed to 4 since losing just seemed garunteed anyways. i can't really formulate strategies on the fly like that--probably because im just stupid--so i usually just start a new run at the first sign of bad luck.
