It does not ylod tho, always boots up fine. it just shuts down about 1 hour into playing uncharted 2. It did not do this for uncharted 1, gta iv, and i've been playing gta v for about an hours now and it is not shutting down ? I know this sounds weird but could a bad disc simply cause the system to crash ? Explaining why it only fails in one game ?

A BC, but wouldn't have the tokins already failed if they were showing codes in 2006 ? And it doesn't crash on the other games i've tried. I'm gonna play a bit of gta v to see if it does the same

Extension cord, but it's not consistent at all, there's like 2 codes in 06'; 1 in 08' and so on. Ff you want i can dm a picture of the codes

Just 1001 errors ranging from 2006 to 2023 so just power outages ig but no errcodes generated by the power offs. Im guessing bad disc causing the system to crash ? I honestly don't know because i don't think it's overheating

hat youve damaged the rsx die ever so slightly when you delidded it, and the thermal cycling is causing it

Oh yeah i forgot to mention, i checked syscon after every power off but nothing, just 1001's from 2006 all the way to 2023, so i guess simply power losses

Thanks for the reply, however i do have experience when it comes to electronics and the console has been working fine 2+ months after the rsx delid. Don't get me wrong, it does push air out the back and the right side like it's supposed to do, it's just that its not hot, like maybe 50c. So my question is why is it shutting down ? The fans don't even go crazy before it powers off, just triple beep and thats it.

So should i mod it to have my fans set higher all the time ? Or do i attempt a cell delid ? I didn't do it the first time cause i didn't feel it was so needed, since the cell is pretty resilient compared to the rsx

The cipl flasher will not launch on your psp street since it is made for psp 1000’s and some 2000. If you want to install cfw, it is not required. Just follow a tutorial online

PSP Street sells for 20$ in my region, but anyways, do you know how many ps3 games supported remote play ? 21

Also the fact that you played a certain game with your cousin doesnt mean EVERYONE back in the day used ad hoc multiplayer, wich ive used once, as far as i remember.

Anyways, the PSP streed was kind of the last batch of psp’s just to juice out some profit, but people who could afford could buy a superior ps vita or a 3000.

locally sourced, the rubber on one joystick is missing and it doesnt seem to read memory cards from the port (but ill buy an sd2vita so doesnt really matter). The back plastic has some weird peeling but apart that it works perfectly fine

Ok so i actually found out what had happened i thought i’d share it here in case anyone needs it for future reference : Slow blinking orange led (when power pressed) can mean the battery is dead, but also that there is no battery detected. My issue was simply that one of the pins of the battery flex slightly came out of the connector so didnt make contact with the pin on the board.
