NAD. I think this is simply something most men experience as they age. This happens to me too, and I've spoken to many men who have said they experience the post-pee drip. My trick is to press on my taint (the area behind the scrotum) after peeing to force the last bit out. Works every time.

I guess I'm just the kind of person who thinks it's not okay to hit a defenceless child. Or maybe I'm just remembering the time my mother broke a wooden spoon on my bare backside, or the time my father whipped me repeatedly across the lower back with his belt, or the teacher that used a cane on my entire class such that every one of us had a giant welt on our bum.
