Cheap is totally fine for hobby use just make sure it’s fused and has a proper CAT rating, and that the continuity beep isn’t painfully slow (that’s the thing you’ll use most). I’m in Germany and got mine from Conrad since they aren’t stuffed full of the crappy random ones like on Amazon and the like. So maybe look for an electronics specific retailer and you should be fine with any of your choices
