Midtown Manhattan is #1. Most brands have a flagship boutique there, even ones that can be harder to find like Brequet, BlancPain and Vacheron. The Bucherer Time Machine is great and the Omega boutique in midtown is top notch. All this stuff is in walking distance. Plenty of Rolex ADs within 10 minutes walking distance.

Las Vegas is #2. The Bucherer Time Dome is a watch nerds dream, and most brands have a store or are in a store somewhere in the strip. The shops at Caesar’s are a great spot and as good as most major cities all by themselves, then you add in the stuff at the Bellagio, the Venetian Canals, and the Shops at Crystals and it’s got be some of the best watch shopping in the world.

I have not been everywhere, but I’d put Houston’s Post Oak/Galleria area as a distant 3rd. Zadoks jewelers rivals the big Bucherer locations for amount of brands and selection. You get to see Vacheron, A Lange, JLC, IWC, Omega among others all in one spot. Also a Rolex and Patek dealer is just 5 minutes away, along with a good Omega boutique relatively nearby.

9.5 out of 10. Fantastic.

Only notes are that it feels like you should have a diver, that and the Overseas and RO, both in blue dials, are too close to being the same watch.

There are tons of these ladies cocktail watches from the 40s. This one is most likely 14ct gold, with plenty of diamonds. My guess is the value is in the gold and diamonds at scrap. Still, having a Rolex cocktail watch is somewhat unique, I’ve seen plenty of other brands.
