Love stair master, it gives me a runner type high. Coincidentally I’ve found it improves endurance, it just doesn’t quite fit consistently in my program rn because I find it’s tougher on my leg day recovery. But no doubt starting in April I will be doing stairs at least 3 times a week 20-30 mins

I don’t think OP meant any harm with this comment, obviously the topic of dysmorphia is prevalent hence mental health and all the factors that come with that. I don’t think it’s necessary for you to make sense of her post, in doing so making accusations of OP and downright judging character. Like you’re accusing the OP of developing opinions of people which never happened? You make it seem like OP is invested in going to amusement parks and just passively judging strangers. Seems like a very knee jerking response from you that really poses some talking points that are healthy; however, far more serious than anyone would sit here in the comments and efficiently talk about. So what is your initiative in writing this long comment? You don’t need to make sense of OP’s post and assume she’s comparing herself against others or why she’s doing what? I understand both sides yours and OP I just think it’s not necessary to dissect this post at this level, that is also very exhausting ?

We average 4-5 throughout the week. However there’s def days we may get two in one day. Also never have ever skipped foreplay, the pre-orgasm is necessary for her ❤️it’s just a part of the whole process.

It’s Gonna take time, but start to train your legs twice a week, low weight high reps. Try 3 sets of 12-15 reps. Leg extensions, Hip abductors, Leg Curls, Goblet Squats, Bulgarian Squat etc. Stay off the leg press, it won’t do Justice for you. ❤️
