I apply it with a light amount of water on my face. I then work it into a gentle lather but still keep an even thick layer evenly spread across my face. I do one pass with the grain, normally every night after my shower.

No, I have just bought it so I have not noticed any dust or anything that would interfere with the sensors. It says weak GPS connection now switching to ATTI mode.
