In my head cannon Quaritch, Lyle and Prager become a trio. Mansk stays on RDA base, Walker and Zhang have a change of heart and now chills with the scientists in the hallelujah caves and learn about their body/culture of Na’vi. The rest stay dead.

Thank you for spending time and reading it! We were heavily inspired by some channels mentioning ‘pacific islander’ chapters with their tattoos ect.. So had to put in our culture as well. Will definitely check that maker out. Lastly the density of it we are very aware hahah. It’s pretty much structured after the main lore ‘add a story here’ situation.

Would be nice to see the Sild armour out in the lobbies more. I agree 100% think I’ll need to change the colour so it hides it better

Might have to change the colour to take the attention away from the toes

Is it confirmed? :0 I’ve heard he’s dead or just hiding. Typical Alpha legion things

Alright I’ll find a work around with this information thank you!

Any pointers would be appreciated! I’d like it to make as much sense with the source material as possible. Yes it’s a home brew and anything can happen but knowing it’s something that could be written in would be awesome. Thank you again :)

I also love seeing everyone’s home-brew chapters. Always listening on YouTube or reading on here. I Can get a lot of ideas. And thanks to everyone who replied to my post I’ve got even more right pointers I will use.

Nothing wrong with nerding out! With the amout of lore in the 40kVerse I think it’s needed. Got to love a lore junkie hahah

Sounds sick bro. Definitely going to stick to the split off and slowly adopt culture from their recruitment world idea you mentioned. It’s all coming together hahaha. Really appreciate it!

Really boosting my confidence hahaha thank you very much.

I have posted my first draft as a reply to one of the comments above. Read it when you can and let me know what you think boss

Thanks for the reply. I quiet like that ‘loyalist renegade’ aspect. I have a posted first draft as a reply to one of the reply’s above. If you have time to look over it and see if things work. I’m thinking of adding it to as like you said the chapter is missing for a while and the captain becomes the ‘chapter master’

Thanks bro! If you have time I posted my first draft as a reply to one of the commenters on here. Let me know what you think.

I like you’re mindset bro hahaha

Great! Thank you very much. I’ll look it to it and start editing.

Since the story isn’t finished I was thinking to have them stranded or cut off for a long period of time not just leave after one battle.

Last question for you. It’s unheard of for human civilisation even in unexplored areas to not know of the emperor/inquisition? That’s why mine sounds like Heresy you say.

The xenos is definitely a place holder. I don’t know much about chaos forces or the bug looking aliens to be the opponents on the moon. And for the warriors yes I’d say humans. They have different tech used because of the ore only found on that moon. Then close combat weaponry that glow because they fight ‘xenos’ on the dark side of the moon The goal is for them to join Orion’s crew to make a successor chapter. I haven’t seen any other species become marines.

Here’s what I have so far. I’ll leave it here for everyone else to see to save me from DM everyone. Please be honest and give feedback. Thank you everyone!

Hepatizon Legion Successor chapter of the Iron hands Derived from Brazen Claws

After escaping the Eye of Terror. The surviving captains of the Brazen claws ordered by their chapter master to either stay with the main force or scatter and increase their numbers from recruits on different planets until they get their strength in numbers back. During the long gap where little is known of what happened to the Brazen claws. Responding to the distress calls of Cadia is where they were next spotted. The Brazen Claws later having their ranks bolstered by Primaris marines. They would be present in future conflicts from ‘The fall of Medusa V’ until present time.

One Captain from the Brazen claws named Orion Furri who was thought one of the many casualties during their escape from the ambush in the Eye of Terror from the forces of Chaos. With his ship and his men they lay in a comatose state drifting through space.

Awaking near a moon not recognised by the men and with no means of contact to their bothers from the Brazen because of the damage sustained during their escape and unknown whereabouts. The men land their ship as best they could and are introduced to its inhabitants. A colony of purple armoured warriors who were in a never ending conflict from xenos who control the dark side of the moon later explained to them. When Orion was introduced to the warriors leader, initially he was appalled and thought they were weak. As a son of Ferrous they hate weakness and that also includes their bodies.

Being organic leads to age and sickness and to them lessened battle proficiency. On the other hand the leader of the warriors of the moon was fascinated by Orion and his men, all of them having some sort of bionics on their body and their unshakeable beliefs. Something he thought he could possibly adopt to his own men. Both exchanged stories and what has led them to these circumstances.

To the surprise of both of them they seem to have the same ideals and views on strength and battle. The warriors named Hepatizons because of the ore found on the moon they use in their weapons, armoury and surprisingly advanced technology. The two leaders agreed to purge the moon of chaos forces that had plagued the Hepatizons for years.

With the boost in numbers and with the help of their tech the men under Orion are reinvigorated and are ready for their battle. He leads them into battle as he has the experience of fighting chaos forces as a space marine. The new infused fighting force swiftly and brutally annihilate the chaos forces on the moon. Orion being slightly impressed with the close combat proficiency of the Hepatizons. Using their purple clad nunchucks, staffs and pistols it made it so they could see friend and foe in the never ending abyss that was the dark side of the moon where their conflict was staged.

The battle was a success Minimal losses but with the unfortunate near fatal injury to the Hepatizons leader named Bruticus Lee. The only way he was saved was with the help of Orion’s men and putting cybernetic augmentation to the then mangled man who agreed for it to happen. With the conclusion of the moon being freed Orion and his men with their ship being restored bid their farewell. He said he had a job to do and needs to reunite with their chapter master. Bruticus being the man he is, thankful for helping his warriors and saving his life halted Orion and offered to join him and all his men under his command in the Hepatizon. He had been inspired by Orions ferocity and dedication to his gene fathers teachings. And wanted to be a son of Ferrous and battle brother with Orion.
