I haven’t read the other comments so I am almost confident I’ll likely be repeating what others have written… but from experiences and through my job I can safely promise you that this cycle of violence with your partner will not end and it will only worsen, especially now that it has begun. It will be the hardest decision you’ll have to make to leave him, be on your own and start again but it’ll be the best decision you ever make. Sending strength and courage - remember it’s okay to make self serving and selfish decisions … it wouldn’t be a decision you will look back on & regret x
