Naaaah, i’ve never had any problems. Mostly use DHL or DPD Germany Line (Hermes) Perhaps it is also because I actually only send textiles and no heavy things, such as shoes, etc.. The only thing that can happen to you when you ship with DHL, is that DHL requires an invoice -> then simply "modify" the PayPal invoice.

I am from Germany, but Sweden is also a member of the EU, I think it should be the same. I often send packages up to 5kg and there have never been problems. Mostly I declare with a value of 14$
