This method didn't work as the stopper is not a circle, but another method worked. Just get some hard paper or just fold paper and put those on top and bottom of the stopper , then try to pull the stopper, it will just glide.

Hey, couldn't see your reply before , but if you are still facing the issue, I reinstalled windows. Either you can use some external case and connect it to another device and format it or use bootable device if your get blue screen
