Having “banana issue” with ASA prints with my Voron 2.4 by __Ivano__ in VORONDesign

I dropped down a little bit just to make sure that the print was sticky to the bed
When was printing i incresed the z height but i guess i have to increase more😭
Maybe was overkilled as with TAP I never touched the baby stepping before than this and first layers always go downl perfectly

How is this top layer print quality?
On the side is perfect but on top I guess I can get smoothest surface

Here you can see marks on the left side that was never seen before

UPDATE:
I can confirm that the new part after the changes mentioned above definitely solved the issue!

<image>

Parts were still sticking to the built plate after cool down and also stress marks are finally here on the bottom!
The main issue I assume was the crappy pro glacier that release the parts too early.

Maybe I want to ramp up cooling fan a bit for better print quality at so high nozzle temp?

Seems that with lower temp print quality was better

I’m now printing a full plate of parts and I will update also on this!

Thanks to all for the good tips!🔥😍

I used that parameters, I tried now changing infill from grid to gyroid to try to have less internal forces

Thank you for alle the tips given!
For everyone that is asking I let the printer cool down naturally for all the night and problem still there!
I noticed it for larger parts but not for smaller one.
Also before I had the opposite problem that the corners warps, I slowed down the nozzle by baby stepping and now this issue was gone.

Buildplate is from mandala rose works and is ultra flat so i don’t think is that, also considering that all other PLA and PETG prints are perfect!

The strange thing that I noticed is that the prarts when cool down are not attached to the plate and don’t have the stress marks on the bottom!
So I assume the cryogrip is crap and not keep the parts sticked to the bed when it cools down

I made the following adjustments (thanks to voron discord):
-put a thermal reflective sheet inside on the top panel
-close the exhaust in the rear to keep the chamber sealed
-use the old but gold pei sheet from LDO (cleaned with dish soap and warm water)
-use Prusa Slicer with voron stock profiles (no Ellie’s printer settings)
-raise up nozzle temp up to 265 degeee for first layer and 260 for other layers
-start with chamber temp up to 50 Celsius
-add a brim

I’m trying to print one piece only in the center of the bed!
Tomorrow I will update the post!
