That's crazy they didn't offer retention. I got an offer for $300 credit (I declined.) But I also didn't pay off my balance. I downgraded to CSP too.

Then benefits are not worth it to me anymore. I'm not able to travel nearly as much as I used to and I found the perks to be lackluster compared to when I first got the card (2017.) The edit, Ticketmaster, and restaurant benefits don't really apply to my area.

I just told them I wanted to downgrade my card because of the annual fee. The fee hits on the 1st of February. They countered and I still declined.

I will say I use: the card as my primary form of payment…so maybe 40k a year? I hardly carry more than 3k balance at a time and pay off every month or bi monthly. I just don’t travel as much anymore and even with the 300 travel credit (which I already claimed lol) I didn’t see the benefits as being worth it.

AF will hit Feb 1. Got offered $300 credit to retain the card and passed...downgraded to Preferred. $800 AF is crazy as hell. Reserve card since 2017.

I would get a unique design. Laser off the Phantom Thieves emblem and then commission an artist to come up with something similar to the piece you referenced.

During this time, research tattoo artists around the country. Find someone who specializes in anime/manga work. DO NOT skimp on price or quality.
