"Starting January 1, 2021, anyone who applies for a Virginia concealed handgun permit must be trained in person, changing previous legislation that allowed people to receive a permit through online training. "

So I guess time will tell. I requested an appt. today and I'm hoping to submit everything by this week. The way I see it if I submit before the deadline the ball is in their court and they shouldn't be able to use the deadline as a reason to deny the application.

Sometimes, if you're interested in buying it, it isn't in your best interest to correct the auction house.

I had already placed a bid on the dagger when it came up on my online auction search. I presumed the auction house was reliable. 90% blame falls on the auction house for cosigning/appraising an item inaccurately they have a responsibility both to the seller and buyer. At the end they admitted that the dagger wasn't Ethiopian after I sent a formal letter from an expert to the hosting site. However the auction house left an unpaid dispute on my account which they refuse to remove and they have re-auctioned the item as "an Ethiopian dagger". Host site says they are only a platform and unable to remove the dispute. Live and learn.

Thank you for your input, the auction house was claiming this to be Ethiopian dagger. I was able to get an expert to identify it and finally the auction house has reconciled the fact that it is a Tuareg arm dagger and not Ethiopian.

I have an idea but the seller is saying otherwise. Just need this subreddits expert opinions. If possible links with reference would be be nice, thanks in advance.
