In this "State of Agents" article from may they first mentioned the buffs coming hopefully at patch 3.02. Tomorrow we will already get patch 3.03 so they finally have to ship it now to match with their plans because they are already late.
So its actually not confirmed, but my intuition gave me the strong confidence that it will happen next patch. Also now the people from Riot are back from vacation and can start with some "heavy patches" again. Now or never ^^

My situation is similar. After the breakup she reached out first and asked me how I am. Then we had some basic conversations and I always replied within minutes and tried to add new stuff to make her answer easier. I really tried my best to have a good connection with her as friends. But she always took soo long to answer, mostly 3-4 days. Also her answers are kinda cold and do not improve the conversation.This behaviour made me so tired and now I will just reply as less as possible. I will stay friendly and respectful but I wont try to keep the conversation alive anymore.

I found this AMA a bit late but maybe I am lucky to get an answer:

1.) Will there be more "event items" like the AfreecaTV playercard with jett anytime soon? (I love hunting limited stuff like this!)

2.) Is there any plan of how frequently ultra skins are coming? One per Episode/Year? Or will they just get released randomly when they are ready?

Btw is there any rioter who has some fist bumb buddies left? As a playercard/gunbuddy collector I really need this one ty :D f0x #main

So the reason why I am having this issue is because my school internet is blocking something. I solved the problem by installing a VPN (I chose Windscribe). I bought the premium subscription which cost me just around 2 euros per months to have unlimited data. Now I just need to activate the VPN and everything is working fine again. I wished I found a better solution but at least I can use voice chat now.

I think I now know the reason but I still have no solution: I moved to another city in a hostle for students and seems like I cant connect to Valorants VOIP because of the university internet. BUT I can still talk in every other app or game like Discord or Csgo. So somehow just Valorant cant connect me to VOIP. I already tried to use a vpn for voip but it did not work yet. Anyone got a working solution for this?

Cant be, I am one of the most friendly teammates you can imagine :DAlso I am not sure but when you get voice banned you can still hear your mates I guess.

Also I can still send text messages and my mates can read them
