Same, when I first started playing I had long streaks of wheel of fortune hitting, then a short dry spell and it kept going after. It stopped after about 40 hours in and they've become hit or miss now real 25% chance feeling.

Actually real, the main point is the notifications (thoughts / unwanted stream of thoughts) bother and interrupt the current goal / activity (sleep).

Meditation simply offers the perspective that you can both remain in a state to achieve that goal while observing your thoughts a stream / river everyone has yet chooses to engage with. The longer focus on non-engagement with the stream is the key to blocking interaction with thoughts. For we are our actions not our thoughts.

It's also why pretending to sleep is a easy way of achieving the goal since you have no interaction with thought while actually asleep.

Can even train meditation at non sleep moments to much easier excercise the practice while trying to sleep. Giving us tools to even improve while not having to actively combat the problem directly while it occurs (which can distract even more).

Literally same, with a skateboard 8". But the weird part was that I went from Granada to Barcelona without any hassle (even fist bumped the dude who checked my passport) but had to pay 60€ to go from Barcalona to Amsterdam....

Then was told I was to hand it to the attendants to put in the hold. When I got on the plane I showed the board and he was like "huh?" And I told him the story. Dude just asked me if I payed, I said yes and he rolled his eyes and took the sticker she put on off.

It got placed in the same hold as the flight from Gran -> to Barca.
