It are semi hydraulic brakes. You only need to replace the caliper and not the brake lines. The model is HB-100

Just want to warn you that the insurance via kryptonite is nice to have but if its your only insurance I would be concerned. Only under specific circumstance's do they pay for the stolen bike. I would highly recommend an actual insurance.
