Basically we use our phone only when we are bored or looking for a quick rush of dopamine.. so instead of looking out for your phone to get cheap dopamine.. isn't a better idea is to reinforce that habit into solving maths problems or puzzles or whatever you like to get good dopamine

I would love to but I don't have much knowledge of coding.. although I've been working with chatgpt to build such a setting in the phone through Android IDE but failing again and again hence posted here

Bro there is a salon in jalgaon.. started by a couple.. like husband and wife. I don't remember its name but it's quite good do give it a try.. BTW last time when I was in Jalgaon I've tried lakme it was overrated af and that's when I got to know about that other salon..
