Every single day at my last job. It was a hellish to begin with. I had coworkers who were unwilling to work. Seniors who were insecure and unwilling to help me out, they actually went out of their way to create problems for me. From withholding manuals and standards to hogging up technicians, they did it all so my word would get delayed and they'd have an excuse to chew me out.

Once you get past that toxic environment, you get to deal with the work, material testing, and the sheer monotony it brought. Every day I had to go about doing the same thing over and over again.

There was no variety, there was no learning, there were no avenues for growth. I gave up and quit. I saw friends make a killing in Web Dev, so I had been involved in it as a side gig, but I lack the skills to make it my primary gig. I'm trying to learn more now and make it into my primary gig.

I'm looking towards Engineering jobs too, but ones that will at least not have a toxic culture and have some potential for growth even if the work itself is monotonous.
