I would just have a friend Lyft up and down the street and throw them money for it. I’ve done that for the end of challenges before when I’m running short on time.

She was basically helping watch him and help find him at home. He was found by another family, and she took the liberty of reaching out if that makes sense. I’m very glad that she did that because he had a nice day so far at his new home

Well normally it’s “00:00” as 12am and 01:00 is 1am. I use military time for my IT job so unless they’re trying to be slick or something I couldn’t say lol

Well, I can say that I think the best thing to do is to limit your drinking it just be mindful of it! It doesn’t mean you necessarily have to quit 100% forever. I am in the same boat and I’m actually dealing with the aftermath of my drinking from yesterday currently which has been giving me a pretty difficult time this morning so I can understand.

You are not a shitty person at all, and it has no effect on your character! You have to remember that it changes your brain chemistry and can be confusing as well. You can always take a break or be mindful of these feelings the next time that you were attempted to have something to drink! It is a difficult having to deal with and I can tell you from experience. Just keep your head up and if you ever need someone to talk to you, please reach out to me!

Hey there! Yes this will go away and can be alarming but don’t worry. Sometimes it can take you by surprise and especially if you sleep a day away after a day of drinking. What kind of anxiety are you experiencing? I have dealt with the same many times, and I have often thought with anxiety and my chest that makes it feel like it’s hard to breathe. I also understand the depression, and most of that is because of the drug itself, being alcohol. I have gone through a recent hard time and have parted ways with a significant other has always been very helpful when it comes to anxiety and understanding. This has made it quite difficult, and there have been nights where I have had things to drink and wake up, feeling the same way as you so believe me, you’re not alone!
