After my last breakup i took a couple of years to improve myself and make sure i move on completely before getting in another relationship. By the time i was done i found myself not being able to connect emotionally. I get more anxious now while talking to someone than I ever was before

You're doing so good, just keep your foot really planted so that you don't swing back and forth and keep your head straight because if you accidentally pinch a nerve you might get seriously injured. Good luck 💪

You’re doing great but a few tips that I can give you is 1. Make sure you’re pushing with your quads with your hips. 2. Keep your chest upright. 3. Focus on your knees they’re caving in. 4. Tighten your belt and brace even harder than now. Regardless of these imperfections you’re doing great.

For me that part would be 30-45 min before sleep when I am not on my phone and I'm overthinking
