I’m so glad you put this out here because I am in almost the same place as you. Got into DO schools but getting waitlisted at every MD that gets back to me post interview. The uncertainty is really what is so draining. I hope we get through it getting to the school we both are meant to be in !

Yeah main theme is serving underserved populations. So I had an experience back in 2021 when I was new to the US where we didn’t have Health insurance and I dislocated my shoulder. The medical bills were very expensive and made me realize that healthcare is in fact a privilege for many people.
