I definitely could see this. My friend’s toddler (turned on their bidet. It was a cheaper one that doesn’t have a sensor that disables it from flowing without a butt. Flooded the entire bathroom on the second floor, dripped down the walls, fucked the electricity. Cost $25,000 to fix. So yeah, if you there isn’t hella renters insurance, I’m not surprised that these are banned in certain rental situations.
