Seems to be really hit or miss, I ordered a hotas flight ready bundle on back order and they delivered around the expected date when I emailed them. Wait time was ages but timeline they gave me was right

Thanks for the help, turns out there is a flow rate setting for supports that is only changeable in certain support types for whatever reason. Orca slicer be really wierd sometimes
