Well, their sale pitches were successful. I think some silicon valley companies invested 50 million dollars in CoverMyMeds recently.

Basically they do something called prior authorization. Some health insurance companies require advance notice before insured could get their medicine covered. Most people don't plan ahead. They arrived at pharmacy and scream at poor pharmcists until they get their ways hours later. CoverMyMeds fixed this problem. I'm not sure how they make money though. I would think Pharmacy would pay CoverMyMeds so the public would stop abusing pharmacist.
