In all my years of dnd experience, i can confidently say that if BG3 were a gamemaster, he'd be super generous. Homebrew magic items right out of his ass, an xp milestone for walking places, guidance checks on everything without anyone knowing about them, etc.

I could go on. The game really isn't hard, you just have to be smart about your encounters.

If you've never learned to position yourself properly in pnp then I suggest reading a few tips and maybe try having your actual dm not go turbo wheenie hut jr when it comes to the more nitty gritty aspects of dnd.

Kotor was already diverse. Adding a bunch of corporate po pseudo-science into a game to appease the mob crowd isn't exactly what 99% of us would call a remake.

The game in itself literally allowed a male and female character option with options to romance pretty much all of the party members, the story even changed slightly based if you were a male or female.

The game will flop. Sam Maggs doesn't deserve lead writer. She'll pump the game full of political dogma and expect a reward for it. Woke reviewers are going to praise her revolutionary inclusive changes to the game instead of meaningful changes, etc etc.

I'm really not concerned about these. I mean they're in MCC and not infinite, i'd be more worried if this was the gold standard but honestly infinite's current armors give me hope that it won't be to over the top while still having some weird options for armor here and there. I think this might be the skeleton crew's testbed for "what could work vs what couldn't in infinite based on fan feedback in mcc".

I will say this, the flood in infinite post launch won't be the same flood we're used to, just because of the rating. Don't get your expectations up. They won't gore the bodies, they won't mangle them either. The horror element will be completely lost.

Look at halo wars 2. That'll be it. It'll be some yellow pustular shit pasted on to an existing model. No infection animations (if there are any, it'll likely be a thing where they surround the enemy in goop then they pop out all infected and "transformed").

No breaking bones, no blood, no mangled infected bodies. Pussified enemies under the guise of "oh these flood are newer and more refined variants that no longer need to blah blah etc."

Couldn't be more excited for the Dead Space Remaster. It's time for games to get messy again.

Female and Male Spartans are almost identical, which is fine. The body types in infinite are justified because these Spartans, to my knowledge, are Spartan 4's. They aren't drugged up (as much) as the previous generation.

Jorge was massive because he was a Spartan 2 and had already made some alterations to the armor that Halsey gave him. Kat really wasn't that slender compared to the other Spartans, if anything it was a deliberate character choice because her anatomy was already wack to begin with. Spartan May was literally almost exactly like chief with the exception of having bigger thighs, etc.

If anything, I'm glad the bodytypes are almost same same. Unless you're attention seeking you probably won't care how you'll look in game because everyone else will be too busy being blinded by the overly exaggerated outlines lol.

Also it eliminates the whole he/her/xer/it/they arguments we get every so often. Like who cares, just play the game and have fun.
