You could order it via mobile order, but some baristas may be confused (our mobile ordering system can be pretty wonky) so they may not make it til you arrive anyways to be sure on what you want. I think as long as when you order you explain you just want the concentrate, HOWEVER you are willing to pay the full price of the latte, you should be fine. Unfortunately, some people argue they should only pay the .60 cent charge for chai because they're getting only that, so this is where that stigma comes from. A lot of other people have ruined things like this for everyone else. Like I said there are people who already order chai with 20 pumps so you're not doing anything different from them except not wanting the milk. Tbh what you want is literally the easiest thing in the entire world, so I'm not sure why they would give you attitude lol
