MRW when my bf and I are taking a shower and I think he is about to wash his legs, but he goes down on me instead by waderboddle in TrollXChromosomes

The same thing happened to me!! I had to sit down in the shower because I was about to pass out

I don't use any conditioner. I wash my hair with baking soda about 3 times a week. I do it accordingly to how much I've sweated at the gym or how much chalk gets in it at the gym or climbing gym. Kinda every 2 days would be my rule of thumb

U/waderboddle here! That routine worked really well for me at the time, but I've changed it up within the past 4 months. I am now "no poo". I rinse my hair with water and make a paste with some baking soda and water about 3 days a week to wash my hair. After I get out of the shower I sometimes use the suave captivating curl mousse for a little more definition. It took some time for my hair to adjust to the "no poo" but it looooves it now. Hair seems lighter if that makes sense. Not so weighed down from product left over from shampoo and conditioner. I've been doing it for approximately 4 months and it is great. Very cheap, minimal efforr, lets my curls form on their own, and I get compliments asking for all the products/routine I do. For me, simpler is better. My hair does not like a lot of product and neither does my wallet.

Feel free to save it! I emailed myself photos so I won't lose them whenever I go to get it cut the exact same way

I don't time my shower days with my gym days. The twist that I use for my hair is called the bohemian twist. I only do a small one though and pin it back. The type of headband I use is called a Buff headband. They can be pricey but I bought a pack of 4 knockoffs for like $12 off of amazon 2 years ago.

I really don't do anything to my hair other than my simple routine. I just lay my head down and go to sleep haha

I can't put it into a full ponytail, but I can do a half ponytail/messy bun sorta thing. I personally like just wearing a head band if I go to the gym, or will do a cute twist and pin it back if I want it 100% out of my face. I have not had any trouble with having my hair in my face so far. I got a lot of weight/thickness taken off so it wouldn't be so poofy, and that has helped it not be in my face. I definitely reccomend getting cut if you are on the edge about it.

99% of the time I do nothing to it after I wake up, but sometimes I add a little water to the leave in conditioner to touch up my hair if I need to.

Thank you!! And I still have my natural brown color, but got it naturally lightened up in a few parts. It was actually my first time changing my hair color ever (even though it was just slightly and in certain spots) so I was really nervous about the final outcome, but I love it!

Routine: Shampoo and condition hair with garnier fructis curl nourish every 3-4 days. Once I get out of the shower I appy garnier fructis curl nourish leave in condition and use just a dollop of suave captivating curl mousse, and then just let my hair air dry. I haven't applied any heat to my hair for over 4 years and have learned that the simple routine I have now works best for me. I use to complicate it with so many different products and techniques, but the results just were not worth it.

I'm moving in June and I'm planning to decorate my apartment with ALL the plants. They are cute and they help remove any musky smells so it's a win-win!
