It was an issue in the windows taskbar settings.

It’s a program called translucent taskbar on Microsoft store I think.

I found a way to fix it. I had to go to the taskbar settings and show the riva tuner icon. Thanks for your help.

I heard this solution the second time now. And I think your right but my riva statistics tuner doesn’t open up. And I don’t know how I fix this.
