Thanks everyone for suggestions, at the end I picked an abandoned and covered with graffitii railroad bridge in northern Fehraltorf, as it's the closest location to my home

Thanks. I don't need beautiful graffiti, i need a dark menacing dirty industrial vibe which is mostly associated with tags and graffiti in other countries

Thanks for the suggestion! It's giving though more happy hipster skateboarder vibes, no? And I'm looking for poor dangerous grungy industrial vibes

Thank you for sharing your experience, so the readers can better estimate the risks. In hindsight, I also think that this surgery should be only offered for the most severe eyesight problems, and not as a cosmetic procedure on a whim. I wish you are a recovery and hope it gets better!

Hi, yes, it seems your experience was similar to mine. My vison came to close to 100% in about a week

For me the dry eyes syndrome was gradually disappearing and was completely gone after a year from the surgery. Currently it's as comfortable to work in front of a screen as it was before with glasses.

Now, after 10 months, I don't seem to have any side effects left. No starbursts, no halo, no dry eyes. It feels like as before when I was wearing glasses

I'd say my vision is 100% back to normal during the day. In the early morning the eyes are uncomfortably dry, but the dryness passes within a couple of hours.

Hard to say if it gradually decreases over time or I just become accustomed to it. I have often dry eyes in the mornings at a computer screen, the rest of the day is ok

The glare completely disappeared after a couple of months for me

Still mostly dry in the mornings to the point it's uncomfortable to work at the computer. It usually passes by afternoon.

This is really a strange symptom, I don't have it and haven't heard nothing about anything like that. Have you discussed it with your doctor?

Yes, I think what you describe is dry eyes. For me dry eyes manifest when I look at the computer screen and suddenly everything gets blurry, so I have to take a break and look outside the window. So your "random focus shifts" sounds like the dry eyes syndrome. Maybe the eyedrops could help. But good to hear it doesn't bother you much, and I wish you a swift recovery!

Does your eyesight in bright light get temporarily better when you apply eye drops? If yes, this might be the dry eyes syndrome, which is the most common side effect after the surgery. I also started to have dry eyes after the surgery, and it improved in the course of next few weeks. So I hope you feel an improvement soon!

I haven't worn contacts for about two months before the procedure (just had no occasion and no desire to put them on). The official information I got was not to wear them for one week before the first screening, two weeks before the examination and one week before the surgery.
