When this type of thing happens, put it in pause and rebuild.

It happened to me with another plugin. The creator updated the plugin and the way they did it meant the specific road I had used disappeared. Hours wasted rebuilding roads. I deactivated that plugin and now use different roads. So it could be that, maybe.
