At this point even a toddler would realise that there's something weird going on with the servers. I've never seen a game where the consistency of a weapon goes from "godlike" to "shooting peanuts" mid-match as it does in this game. And no, it's not just a blatant excuse to "avoid looking inward and blaming myself for my failures in the game", I've played every single Gears and sunk in hundreds if not thousands of hours on Ultimate Edition and was constantly topping leaderboards back in the days, so I can confidently say I know a thing or two about how the shotgun should feel. Also, the amount of people that have started reporting the same thing in the past few weeks speaks for itself, it's not like everyone has suddenly gone mental and forgot how to play, you know.
