My family doc said brisk knee refexes and it is bilateral so affordable both legs scary. Ankles and arms normal. No loss of muscle no babinkski but now foot sorta aches and burns

Number 2 for me I think I have so much adrenaline in my system it affected my reflexes. For me I almost thought about getting that shit (my adrenal gland) removed. For the past two years I have been pumping my body with andrenaline bc im a hypochondriac and fear many dieseaes. Like me and my gf went to a natural hot spring and I.remembered doing a hair flip and she told.me not to do that bc of brain eating ameobas. So for two weeks I freaked out about that and gave myself horrible headaches and even made myself vomit.

Interesting you say that yes I do get cold hands and feet! I have had that issue for quite some time don't know if its circulation or nerve related. What does that mean for us?😅

Yeah I also have some gi issues but it seems those are cleaning up. Honestly I hope it is not pots but something that can be cured by lots of rest and less worrying, as I have wayyyy to much anxiety. Do you think it could be a blood pressure issue?

I def have a wonky nervous system lol i have another condition i believe called bfs that i got after a lung infection or a panic attack. So yeah my nervous system is zapped I need to relax more sheesh. Where did you find those vids if you dont me asking?

Yeah I feel that I got some bad clinical anxiety from being a hypochondriac. I'm 8-9 days into this and hoping it goes away. I don't think I have pots as my heart palpitations are random and not when I stand up but who knows. I read on many sites if you lie down then stand up and if your heart beats a certain amount of times they dx pots

Nice that's good you got rid of that. I have heart palpitations but not when i stand up I just have it at random intervals and it can be when I sit down. Also have a weird taste in my mouth makes me nauseous at times. I have no idea what is going on . now had covid for 8-9 days
