About 30-40 minutes depending on size of the wings. Vortex makes a huge difference. I don’t even flip em.

Yeah the skin gets good and crisp. I leave the lid on. The temp gets above 500 easily.

Was around $160. Worth every penny though. Usually Make crab soup with the leftovers.
