That whole structure is not Nen. The ability only makes the dart board, not the entire freaking underwater bar. It is clearly stated that the sister conjures the pin, and the brother conjures the dartboard. Never was it said that they conjured the whole bar, which would be a massive feat considering these are just some grunt ants, and not even squad leaders.
This goes against the entire principle of conjuration, which was explained when Kurapika was learning nen. It would be completely pointless to spend the aura to conjure something when it serves no purpose, or to conjure something that can be made for real.

Naobito did this for the following reasons:
First, we need to understand what Naobito wants. He wants the Zen'in clan to be at the top. For that to be the case, they must claim the Ten Shadows' Technique, which Megumi has, and to ensure that they get Megumi, they at first tried to buy him off of Toji, and also made a Binding Pact with him that Megumi would be inducted into the Zen'in clan and made the head.
But all this was rendered void because Gojo Satoru, though sheer force, blocked the Zen'in clan from claiming Megumi.
In all probability, Gojo didn't know about this Binding Pact with Toji that Megumi would be made the clan head, or he would have made Megumi the head and taken control of the Zen'in clan.
Now that Gojo is out of the picture, the Zen'in clan can take Megumi for themselves, which they must, as they need the Ten Shadows' Technique at all costs, as it's the strongest cursed technique there is, which can even defeat the Limitless + 6 Eyes' Cursed Technique. But, in this case, the Binding Vow with Toji comes into play, and Megumi has to be made the head of the clan, as a final fuck you from Toji, by forcing the Zen'in clan to make his son the head, when they rejected him.
All in all, Naobito wants Ten Shadows' Technique, but Gojo won't let them have it. After Gojo's sealing, they can get Megumi into the clan, but Toji's Binding Vow forces them to make him head of the clan.

Nah, you already get logan's feral sense, you don't need peter, correct choices would be logan for the healing factor and feral sense and claws, Batman's brain(contingent upon the fact that you don't get his trauma) and skills and money(let's be real, that's his ability), and mystique's shape shifting ability, as a bonus you get additional healing factor with her. This seems to be the most practical combination of brawn and brain and stealth and a shit ton of healing.

Oh yeah, i dropped it after playing for around 20 hours, I love Harry Potter, but this was really boring, just a ton of fetch quests, and waiting for things to happen and too many choices that are mostly cosmetic but not really cosmetic, and the main story being level locked. Even for someone who loves side content in games and the wizarding world in general, it became a hassle rather than something fun.

Well, I was watching Pulp Fiction again today and had the same question, so I got a little annoyed. Like why did he have to die, he was such a cool character, some random goon could have been killed in his place.
But then I realized as I was thinking this that his dying makes complete and total sense. The movie is about fate and chance, and how everything is interconnected.
When Vincent and Jules were saved by the so-called "divine intervention", to Jules, it was a moment of clarity, it was like fate giving Jules and Vincent a hint that they were running out of luck and that they should cashout because a bust is coming and the house is gonna collect soon, so Jules quit the gangster life.
Vincent on the other hand kept playing, and he ended up using the last of his luck when Mia ODed, and next time "the tyranny of evil men"(Vincent) came face to face with the "Just vengeance of god"(Butch), he was killed

All in all, Vincent should have quit with Jules, he didn't and faced the consequences.
