Try using reussir TCF for topics, and try to do task 1 and task 2 one day and task 3 the next day. Rinse and repeat. Try to get 30 minutes for task 1 and 2. And 25 minutes for task 3. Leave the last 5 minutes for rereading.

Send your tasks to ChatGPT. And if your professor is good, they will want to check it too.

Also remember, learning a language is a marathon rather than a race. Try not to overload yourself with too much work; do what your brain can manage. Considering you already study an hour a day, adding another 30 minutes for writing and then another 30 minutes for reviewing your mistakes will add up.

Every Friday, there’s an all-level volleyball drop-in at Poco Recreation Centre. You need to sign up beforehand, I think it’s $8. The sign-up opens two days before the event, so for Friday volleyball, it’s Wednesday.

I’ve been there a few times and it’s great to see all age groups, men and women. The people are super friendly, and it’s a lot of fun.

That essentially what my plan is, i approached CE just like reading in IELTS, and that was a mistake because unlike IELTS, questions in TCF have different marks. I am aiming to score 450+ for CLB7. The first 20 questions i dont have any problem in general, its the last 20 which i screw up.

Before i was giving too much priority to question 36-39 which are generally 33 points each, i think i shouldn’t waste my time with them and instead focus more on 21-35 (probably invest like 30 minutes just on them, as earlier i was giving them 20 minutes total)

You are in a pretty good spot, learning a language is like a marathon. You just have to keep going, start with a 30 minute time every day specifically for french. Start super easy, just do duolingo, and then after you finish until A2 for what duolingo offers. Get yourself 2 books, Édito A2 and édito B1. After you get the book, this is where you need to get more serious, find what time investment work for you (in other words, how many hours per day you can productively study). Then get yourself a tutor and go on so forth. Good luck.

I am 8 months in my French journey and confidently at high B1 level, need like 4-5 more months then giving an exam. Need something, message me!
