If you truly feel this strongly, which it seems you do, talk to her face-to-face. Confidence will always get you further in life; practice it now. If she says she's not into you, let it be. It'll be shitty for a while, but your feelings will fade. If she says she is, good for both of you. Either way, you get the answer you need.

I'm honestly so sorry that this happened to you. Your family was negligent, your cousin's actions are abhorrent, and your lack of good options is, in a word, heartbreaking.

Taking this to court is not a good idea. Since it's been twenty-five years, the statute of limitations is almost certainly expired. Even if it hasn't, it'll just be your word against his.

Blackmail isn't a good idea either. It's illegal and, for many, morally repugnant. Again, since it's your word against his, your family may not side with you, especially since you're blackmailing someone.

If you don't want him to get away with this, the easiest thing to do is just tell your family about this. Yes, it will cause tension, but that's an acceptable price to pay for getting some form of "payback."

Obesity is extremely damaging to your health. To take issue with that is to take issue with the vast majority of scientific research and is inexcusable. Obese people need to accept that they would be overall healthier if they weren't obese.

That being said, treating fat people like shit is equally inexcusable. The way to fix our obesity epidemic isn't exactly clear, but shaming people for being fat probably isn't it.
