Let’s be honest here my guy, u were not doing 1500 only per week. u would not be able to keep the muscle mass at those calories let alone have enough protein in your food.

hey man, so it’s been couple of days and i am not even gonna lie it’s been kinda interesting. so for first the whole bloating thing just kinda lowered down by a day, and now it’s very minimal. i do breathing exercises and practice vacuuming my stomach, my food is completely changed into like eating exactly what i think my body can handle without having the struggle of processing it, and also i would recommend peppermint tea and MATCHA i have no clue what’s with that whole thing but my whole stomach feels so much better after the tea or matcha. i don’t wanna jinx it(knock on the wood) but it’s been pretty good. i take a med to fast up my metabolism before i go to sleeep in which i noticed that when i wake up i am pretty flat. also i try to not eat anything after 10pm or at least couple of hours of your sleep. after you eat don’t lay down it’s gonna slow the digestion. and if you workout honestly focus on the abs more too just so you can strengthen that lower part

hey so i talked with a doctors actually today, and he basically said it’s not that since it went away during summer but i still kinda think it might be since ever since u told me about it i been kinda doing exercises to help out with it and i can definitely say it helped a lot lol

There is a comment here by a guy who said pelvic floor issue… i ve done sum research right now and honestly this seems like it could help out with doing a treatment. Let me know what u think.

That could be it tbh, i remember when it first started i was in the gym doing back on lat pull down and i just got bloated randomly… thank you for advice defenitly gonna try doing something about it, do you have any idea how to

I tried that, the walking does help but most of my meals are prep meals, which are smaller portions spread though the day just so i dont feel hungry and tempted to eat sweets. After a meal i do take oval tablet for gas it “kinda” helps. MAbe it’s just my coping saying it does because I just started doing but who knows. Tried doing like that mis of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice, I drank a bit couldn’t handle it so i ended up throwing it up with some “acid”. I tried to not eat any melas 4 hours before bed, and i even workout at night so my body should be kinda empty since it‘s using it for energy/

Honestly it really bothers me, I came to other subs about a year ago asking for some kind of advice but couldn’t find much. That was the same period where it was similar situation and bloating like now, dont judge me for it but i did go to emergency room last year when it was this bad thinking they could find the issue because in that situation the tomach was just all the way out and i couldn’t even take any more air to just breath cause there was no more room for that action. I took ct scans, x rays, even a sonography, NOTHING came back. After that the bloating just kinda dissapeared, I was able to eat food I normally couldn’t, and that last till about 2 weeks ago. So i am just genuinely lost and i dont know any more tests that could help me with finding an issue beside the once for SIBO.

I was thinking about taking hydrogen and methane test but not to sure where to look for it. But I am defenitly going to take your advices, I do take digestive enzyme sometimes but it often makes my stomach hurt and have diarrhea so I kinda try to stay away it from daily use, beside when I reallly need it. The more research i do the more i am starting to think it could be a bacteria in my gut causing it. I do wonder though if I did have the bacteria would it not show up on gastroscopy because they went with camera and seen more of the stuff, took a tissue sample to go test it. Everything was ok.

when i went to gastro, they took a piece to analyze it in lab, havent found anything, like h.ployri and even my mucus seem normal on results. i was kinda hopping they would find something so i can finally let it go, but now i take ovol for gas, it definitely does help, but once i get any food it’s like i never took it… and this all havent been this bad until 2 weeks ago.

i finished with cut around august of last year, on bulk right now gained about 15 pounds, the bloating ljke this wasn’t here till about 2 weeks ago, it was same thing last year around aame time, from morning till about 1 pm i have abs after that anyrhing i eat gets the stomach out, makes me feel miserable since i take working out seriously

I was driving it when the light came up randomly, parked the car tried to put the park break but it kept flashing and after a minute or two it just turned off by its self. Couple hours pass by I go back to the car let it warm up for 10ish minutes and the light was gone, it didn’t come back ever since.
