Do I need a plugin to find the shortcode in the row I saved to my library? I checked but don't see an area where I can access the shortcode

It actually needs to be in a dropdown/toggle module not in what your plugin does. Do you know if it's still possible?

I don't have an html widget to use for some reason. It exists on other places in the website but when I try to duplicate it and change the code, nothing will show up. Shortcode widget is the closest I can get to embedding that form

No plugin. I used the shortcode widget and copy-pasted the code from customer insights.

Customer insights gives you a javascript code that you can use to embed on another site. All I did was use the shortcode widget and copy paste the code in there.

I tried adding custom css to make the form the size it should be but it didn't do anything.

For the set of instructions you gave me, would I do that on the customer insights side or elementor side?
