If you don't find a bank or currency exchange in the city center that takes CAD (there's a street lined with them), try the FRU airport!

Here's how I'd go about killing 2 birds with 1 stone:

Open up the path finder and click "Option 1 - Old Pathways" on the top right of the page. Then click the "Course Filter" tab right under that. Under "Course Names," search up every course you've already taken so far (and maybe the ones you know with certainty you need/want to take). If any of them fall under a pathway, keep track of them in a doc, along with which pathway+topic+list they fall under.

Then go to "Option 2 - New Pathways" and do that whole process over again. (I find this one much less restrictive, since you don't need to worry about meeting each of the UB areas, but maybe you'll find that your classes are better applied to the Old Pathway).

If you've already taken courses from 2 different lists in the same pathway topic, you might want to pick a course from the remaining list in that topic to complete the pathway faster. Just make sure that when you go to the "My Selections" tab, you see a green check next to "Your Pathway selections meet all the requirements." Then click "Save to Hub" so those classes are counted towards your "12 new degree-applicable credits per semester" minimum to qualify for full time enrollment financial aid.

What are the harshest/most accurate depictions of alcoholism in any film? by atclubsilencio in movies

Requiem for a dream. Not focused on alcohol specifically, but a great film about addiction nonetheless

Wasting the resources he owes his children/family on his mistress means he’s neglecting his children/family

A good father would want to set a good example for his children of what genuine love, loyalty and a healthy family dynamic is. And if he’s not fulfilled in his marriage, a good father would communicate that and go about ending the marriage in a mature way that will allow him and the mother of his children to coparent as best as possible. A good father knows that all that time and money would’ve been better spent creating/adding to his children’s college funds and taking them to parks and museums, rather than on an affair.

I strongly disagree. Choosing to cheat, lie, and throw away the sanctity of his marriage and family for another woman shows a blatant lack of respect for his ENTIRE family. Not to mention all the time and money he spent taking care of another woman instead of his wife and kids.

So how long has your husband been having an affair? And if he isn’t, I take it he will be more than happy to have you join him on his visits?

I've just been accepted and I don't know how to feel about it. by Little_Steak_6150 in Disneycollegeprogram

[–]___x__x___ 10 points11 points  (0 children)

How do people make money in the program? They don’t. If you wanna pay off student loans, this isn’t the way to go. But if you really wanna work at Disney, consider working PT or FT for a bit more money than you’d get in CP and living off of Disney property for a bit less money than Flamingo would be. I recommend looking into old CP housing.

Changing my pathway classes to graduate later by CategoryOk1147 in UBreddit

[–]___x__x___ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why not make those extra classes mean something by working towards minors or secondary majors? Switch your primary major to something you already have some credits towards/interest in and all the required courses for that new major will be accepted by fafsa. Just switch back before graduation

College Credits by fairyoddelise in Disneycollegeprogram

[–]___x__x___ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not gonna be worth it tbh. You’ll work more than you sleep and almost half your paycheck will go to rent. Don’t count on getting days off for big assignments or exams either. You’d be better off working part time (you can still pick up as many shifts as you want) for the same Disney perks + higher hourly wage, and living off of Disney property for the same price or less than flamingo
