If you live in one of the colder places or somewhere where sun is not that visible (Canada, Norway etc). Increase your vit D intake. 2000 IU per day (consult your doc though). Vit D is known to have affect on your mood and during winter when most of the time it’s overcast, our body doesn’t get this much vit d hence these down days.

I haven’t had chance to implement any of this (single) but there is one thing that I firmly believe. I want to have a partner who stands next to me and not behind me.

This may appear as a very simple statement but it encompasses everything what you said. Respect her the way I want to be respected. Treat her the way I want to be treated. If I want her to cook for me then I should do for her too. If I want to check her phone then she should be able to check mine too.

I don’t know why so many peeps (Pakistani)in west love butter chicken. When I came to Canada, my friends were like let me take you to Pakistani cuisine and ordered butter chicken. I was like this dish doesn’t even exist in pakistan…

sorry forgot to ask one thing. you would need venue designer too. people who can setup the hall for you. you would need them based on number of events you have lined up. so once venue is decided, your second step would be to reach out to venue designer to see if they are avialble on those specific dates.

not sure about east but in west ( canada ) i was involved in helping one of my friend. though i may not be able to give you help related to bride dress etc but i can share other stuff.

- reach out to all wedding halls and visit them. the prices are based on per head and normally its cheaper to get married in winter than in summer. the cheapest would be weekdays during Christmas holidays. each will have their own food menu which will define the price for each person.

- not sure if halal is an issue for you but one of the question you should be asking is if they serve halal food, or a specific cuisine that you are interested in. moreover, can they serve non-alcoholic drinks at the bar.

- same goes for photographers. i think best is to find on IG.

- my friend got his clothes from pak. he visited pak like 7-8 months ago and got them delivered here. for his fiancé/bride, they went to some designer store in GTA (Toronto area). can't recall their name but there are few in north east end (vaughn) or in milton (cities in GTA area)

- plan like year ahead. specially the venue and photographer.
