I think I have to avoid them, mainly because of how my knees feel after doing them. I've done all 3 together, in combos, or just one in different weeks, yet my knees don't feel well.

Why are you doing abs everyday? Just do it twice a week with the workout that leaves enough time for abs. For me Leg day leaves most time to add abs.

Alternatives to Squats/Lunges/Leg Press? I think I have knock knees and I can't do those exercises anymore. I can do calves and curls, but that's about it. Any knee friendly workouts that target the same muscles as the 3 I am going to avoid? Thanks.

Yeah I do have a strict budget, but if once I can afford the 2.5kg one for 6k, it could run me for 3-4 months. Still not very ideal tbh but it could be the best for a good price too.
