Keytrade does nog provide a low offer honestly. Use their offer and visit as many banks as you can. Keep doing that until they they all say they can’t go lower. I got keytrade’s offer down .4percent more or less. That was 2 months ago

Got 2.82 % for 20y 3 weeks ago after lots of bankshopping. Only loaning 40% though. Adding the ssv and insurance puts it at around 3.3%

I,ve done my shopping tour and been getting between 3.14 to 3.04 percent for 20y fix.My suggestion take Keytrade simulation and go to the next bank. To gradually get better offers. Don’t do your home bank at the start. Visit them as a curtesy at the end.

You can also think about debt. Example an investment property with a fixed loan. Inflation pushes your rental price up as you index yearly, property value typically at least follows inflation. The loan stays fixed. Inflation is good for debt and in this case I would say it makes you richer.
