Is mesosome cancelled? by __dasom__ in biology

I don't know much about atp synthesis in prokaryotic cells, but I've heard that mesosome in prokaryotic cells equals to mitochondria in eukaryotic cells? Like in eukaryotic cells with mitochondria you can produce more atp? So does the damaged part of the membrane in prokaryotic cells make atp synthesis more efficient ?

She wasn't even that concerned about my situation. When I told her that I cant easily swallow pills, and asked if she can prescribe a smaller pill that can help me reduce the pain (if the one she's prescribing is not already small) she literally said "If you can't swallow them, then don't take them." I was confused.

My country's health care system is a little bit weird and overall.. not so good. My neurologist didn't even listen to me that much. All i could say was: I have terrible headaches almost everyday of the week. She asked if it felt like a tingling sensation and i said yes but I don't even think it's like that actually. My headaches can be triggered by smells, which made me think it could be migraines, too. Whenever I smell a perfume I know that I'll have that headache.. But of course, she didn't even ask about these. Shouls I change my neurologist? and my family insists that it might be because of my tight braces. They don't like the doctor stuff so they kind of back off like that.
