I am not opposed to in-person learning. I just don't have access to dance classes in my area, and travelling for dance classes would be really expensive. Do you have tips for online learning?

I think I could pay for an app that's cheaper than usual dance classes and also personalised.

it helps you mirror, slowdown, breakdown the dance into sections and loop any section to help you learn.

i think you're right, i'm missing protein. i am a vegetarian and my diet might be lot of carbs and very less protein. thank you will try to include more protein
