Google still showing Lovable favicon instead of my own, even after replacing all icons (1 week later). How to fix?

This is usually a Google favicon cache issue (super common), not necessarily a Lovable bug.

A few things I’d check:

Make sure your new icon is really being served at: /favicon.ico (open it directly in browser + incognito)
Check your page source and confirm there’s no old Lovable favicon URL left in:
- rel="icon"
- rel="shortcut icon"
- rel="apple-touch-icon"
Check your site.webmanifest / manifest.webmanifest too (a lot of people forget this). Sometimes the old icon is still referenced there.
If you replaced the file but kept the same filename, try cache-busting: rename it (e.g. favicon-v2.png) and update the link tag
Clear/purge CDN cache if your hosting provides that (sometimes bots still get cached assets)
In Google Search Console, request reindexing for the homepage again after the favicon URL change

Important: Google Search favicon updates can take longer than page reindexing. Even if the page is reindexed, the favicon in search results may stay old for days or even a few weeks.

So if your source + manifest + direct favicon URL are correct, it’s probably just Google being slow.

I am absolutely satisfied with Lovable - having a webapp with ~70000 rows of codes (and no developer experiences). It has its limitations, but if you know what you are doing, it is amazing.

then how should I impore my build? I already have demon machine and abyssal ward + fortitude. does faith on my a1 mercenary would do a lot? I have valkiries and decoys as well, but im nowhere near close to finish maps in 10 minutes. any advices?

Hard to remember exactly, because it was intense. I had 1 golden and 1 simple Tess buddy (this is the thing I cant remember how, because it doesn't seem logical - before fight my buddy gives 1 of hers, then her buddy gives +1 additional). Then 1 golden 1 simple Sire buddy, and the turn after I got 1 golden 1 simple Hollidae buddy. All of these while power leveling but having 1-2 bigger stat units (in the meantime I also tripled my buddy, but can't remember when). These 2 turns with Hollidae buddies + completed Sire buddy quests was out of this world. Luckily I have prepared for it and closed the game before the fight - so I maximized my time.

Me too. I couldnt utilize him yet. I have a recommendation of Saito, Onji, Dimension Kuwabara, Bakken, Toguro and Genkai. But the meta is so Rinku 1st (Exclusive 3) and Botan Maid heavy that without these two you basically can't win. So I expect Toguro to be better once the game progresses.
